Health Data Science Manager

hMetrix Health Data Science Managers lead our data teams by managing the relationship between our staff and clients.   • Lead the design, development, testing, and operational management of hMetrix’s analytical products and services
  • Serve as a role model and leader by mentoring junior staff, supporting innovation and knowledge discovery, and enabling new process adoption and improvement
  • Manage day-to-day project priorities, activities, and deliverables in a flat organizational environment with cross-functional teams
  • Provide insights and seek opportunities arising from changing regulations through healthcare policy analysis and interpretation


  • Two or more years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry is mandatory
  • Master’s degree in a quantitative domain such as business analytics, computer science, mathematics, or related field
  • Experience managing data, developing analysis plans, and implementing reporting suites in the healthcare domain
  • Experience in healthcare claims analysis
  • Experience using agile project management systems such as Jira and SCRUM methodology
  • Experience in team and project management
